The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 375.87 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 474.94 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 20.86 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 3.97 per cent at Rs 1,817.58 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,748.24 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 22.87 per cent to Rs 571.03 crore from Rs 464.73 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 150.70 per cent at Rs 3.56 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 1.42 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 2.69 per cent to Rs 1,249.00 crore as against Rs 1,283.51 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 6.40 per cent in September quarter.
Interest grew by 15.88 per cent y-o-y to Rs 688.28 crore, while Taxation decreased by 21.64 per cent at Rs 129.40 crore (Sep'24 Rs 165.14 crore).
