We are pleased to inform you that, the project 'Rehabilitation and Up-gradation of Majalgaon (101/740) to Kaij (159/258) (Section-III) of Mantha Taluka Border to Barshi National Highway to Two Lane with paved shoulder in the state of Maharashtra on Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Basis Contract" (the "Project Highway") has been completed. The Completion Certificate has been issued by the authority on January 16, 2020 and has declared the project fit for entry w.e.f. November 22, 2018 and consequently, the Company is entitled to maximum bonus of Rs. 14.40 Crores in lieu of earlier completion (280 days prior to the schedule completion date) of the said Project.
