In continuation to our announcement dated November 29, 2019 and in accordance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are pleased to inform you that the Company has executed the EPC Agreement on December 20, 2019 with the Uttar Pradesh Expressways Industrial Development Authority (UPEIDA) for EPC project in the state of Uttar Pradesh.
The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by its designated employees, immediate relatives, specified person and connected person is already closed and shall continue to be close till December 26, 2019.
